SUP SKILLS

While taking place on the same stretch of river as the introduction to SUP lesson, this is not going to be quite as relaxing.

Here you will get to improve the skills you learned in your previous session so you start to feel more at home on a board. You will also be learning new skills which require you to be able to move around your board while maintaining balance.

There is a good chance you’ll end up going for a dip.

Photos will be taken throughout the lesson for you to share your new developing SUP skills with friends and family.

Sessions are weather dependent but do still happen if there is rain. They will be rescheduled if necessary due to heavy rain and high winds.

This is an open group session which means you may be booked in with other paddlers.
