Indoor SUP Lesson


This is the perfect intro to SUP for the colder darker months of the year in a nice warm pool setting. Great for those who want to have a taste of stand up paddle boarding (SUP) but don’t fancy going out on a river or lake, yet.

You will learn the basics of SUP, enough to get you stood up and paddling independently within about 15 minutes. The rest of the lesson will be spent getting comfortable on your board and building your confidence on the water.
