This is the perfect intro to SUP for the colder darker months of the year in a nice warm pool setting. Great for those who want to have a taste of stand up paddle boarding (SUP) but don't fancy going out on a river or lake, yet.
You will learn the basics of SUP, enough to get you stood up and paddling independently within about 15 minutes. The rest of the lesson will be spent getting comfortable on your board and building your confidence on the water.
Each session is £20.00 per person.
A minimum of four people is required for a session to go ahead. If there are less than four people booked in 72 hours before the session date, It will be cancelled and rescheduled to the next available date.
Stand up paddle board.
Buoyancy aid (not mandatory).
You can swim at least 25 meters.
Over 18s only (10-17 year olds must be accompanied on the water or poolside by a parent or legal guardian).
What to bring
Gym type clothing, synthetic leggings, shorts, top, etc as these will dry quicker if you end up in the water.
Bottle of water (no single use plastics please).
Change of warm clothes for after the paddle.
